Replica Shenanigans!

distressedudeHEY GUYS wow this comm hasn't had a post in awhile, hi.
So Shannon and I have a little plot of sorts planned for Ion and Sync that's gonna last for a little while and include lots of replica shenanigans and whatnot.
Long story short, the Malnosso are doing some research on the benefits of isofons and have found a way to artificially alter a replica's fonon frequency to match that of another -- and in this case, they'll be doing so between Ion and Sync, as well as opening their fon slots to one another. Of course, neither of them are going to know this is going on until one of them figures it out in someway or another. And since the Malnosso aren't very good at this whole fomicry thing, the fonic link between them is going to be a little wonky. So until they can figure out how to control it, they'll be unintentionally invading each other's privacy, sharing everything from private thoughts to each other's moods.
Which also means Sync is going to be in a *gasp* good mood at some point, and Ion will probably be somewhat grumpy for seemingly no reason at all. And they'll get those lovely headaches too, awwyeah.
ICly this already occurred during a rather brief kidnapping for Ion (caught in the night, returned the next morning, the only one who knows it happened is Ion) and a slightly more extended one for Sync sometime earlier this month. We don't really have a definite end date yet since it's effects won't be too noticeable outside of themselves, but since closer CR might catch word of this at some point, it seemed a good idea to bring it up!
